- We are sure that you will be satisfied with our orders on Light Design, but if for any reason you don´t you can still changing your items. New shipping costs of exchange will be charget to the client. You have 7 days since you got your item to return it to us. Once we check that the item is in good conditions and after receiving your payment of the shipping costs we will proceed with the new shipping. We will provide a gift card for the value of the order if you don't want to change your products for anything at the moment. So you can use this gift card later. Shipping cost will be paid for the customer. If we check that the product has be used or is not in good conditions we wont proceed with the change. We recommend to measure any t-shirt you use to wear and compare the measurements with our "measurement table" on every product to avoid mistakes on your orders.
